The Program Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs and client initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal team members
Maintain detailed and organized program documentation, schedules, and records
Assist in the development of program materials, reports, and presentations
Monitor project progress and follow up on action items and deadlines
Support the onboarding of new clients or program participants
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up communications
Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement best practices
Provide general administrative support to the program team as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in program coordination, project support, or client services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable using productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Trello/Asana, Slack)
Positive, solution-oriented attitude and a collaborative mindset
Experience working remotely is a plus
